Unfortunately stony and thorny paths awaited him in his aspirant business path ended with four consecutive failures, thus he made a debt of around Rs.1.5 crore at those days. Abhilash sank to a point where any human being could crumple.

Later, his life turned into an attempt to get out of this debt trap, unexpectedly brought him to the city of Dubai.  Though the company is big, the salary was meager, meanwhile, struggling to settle his debts, made his “Life is a Hell” like situation and during this period his wedding also took place. These were two events happened in his life that made Abhilash an inspiring life in the world today.

In the early days of marriage he faced lots of financial problems. Debt was in a life-threatening condition.  Like a snake biting on the head of the victim of thunderbolt, his mother and mother-in-law were diagnosed cancer simultaneously. The treatment requires lot of money, he was the only person to take care of them though he is younger among four, because two elders were facing disability. He a low-waged and indebted man has no money for mothers’ treatments. The total money was in his pocket was only fourteen Dirhams. He was unable to treat them properly became the major turning point to change his mind set. He understood that would be remaining same broken like my father if I’m doing the same “go to work come back home”. He was thinking about how to get out of this ridiculous situation and get financial freedom as well as time. But he doesn’t know what to do. Ample fund is required to start a business. Several times he was thinking that if his father was a big businessman like some of his friend’s father. However he was regularly praying to god for an opportunity. Finally he found an opportunity in e-commerce platform. But he was unfamiliar with the system because he was in the traditional businesses. But the universe was pushing him to start the same and saying that this is your last ship. He got some realization when he heard about the opportunity. Firstly, was he able to start this business along with his job or he can quit the job when profit increases than salary. Secondly, no infrastructure is required in this business apart from one mobile and Internet. Thirdly, there was very less investment compared to traditional businesses. But he doesn’t have even that less money. Finally he made up his mind and quit the job within 8 months which was one of his dreams. Eventually after lots of hard work he could achieve his many goals through this journey and changed his entire life. Today, Abhilash’s life reached beyond the imagination of an ordinary person. Abhilash, who used to beat smashes against his opponents on the volleyball court, is now making great strides in his life. Each smash is for each goal. For that, he always been gratitude to god as well as his mentors and who holds his hand with faith & beliefs.

Failure/ Rejection are the training you pay for the success. Change is a habit. It’s the only way to survive all of your challenges and thrive despite them. Be the change that changes everything. Great leadership is not control but rather about empowering People. The hard days are what make you stronger. You were born to fly like an eagle. Commitment and Consistency is the key for success.
